Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Wristearth through wristearth.world or direct order communication.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Danish consumer law, you may withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days of receiving physical goods without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable
• Digital products that have been downloaded are generally non-refundable once delivered
• Return requests must be initiated within the fourteen-day withdrawal period

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at contact@wristearth.world with your order reference, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs paid at purchase are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, return the original item per this policy and place a new order.
